Weekly session is hosted at the MBC Studio

Every week participants will be weighed, will benefit from receiving health information, will receive recipes, and be offered an opportunity to ask questions to help them achieve their goals.

WEEK 1:
Goal Setting, Discuss Food Records, Accountability, Positive Self Talk, What You Want and Why you Want it

WEEK 2:
Meal Plans. A Guide to Healthy Eating. What you SHOULD be Striving for. Portions!!

WEEK 3:
Quick Dinner Ideas, Holiday Celebrating, Dining Out and Staying on Track

WEEK 4:
Breakfast Ideas. Hear ideas on healthy grab-and-go breakfast ideas and sample some too

WEEK 5:
Snack Ideas. Get ideas for healthy snacks. Bring in your favorite healthy snack to share with the group

WEEK 6:
Eating Out and Staying on Track

WEEK 7:
Hydration (Drinking Calories), Supplements

WEEK 8:
Proteins explained! Maintenance, Sticking with it
